Flux support is operation-specific. This page says what each plugin bridge can read or change, what stays outside it, and which environments can run the preview and publication workflow.
WordPress plugin bridges
Built for the stack agencies inherit.
These integrations support the operations listed below. Edits happen in the private preview, with approval, snapshots and a separate publication review. Available operations also depend on the plugin version and connection method; the Atomic Elementor workflow remains a limited pilot.
WC
WooCommerce
Store operations
Supported
Update existing products and variations, including prices and stock. Review orders, customers and store reports, then prepare supported order or coupon changes for approval.
Catalog and inventory
Order workflow
Coupons and reports
Boundary. Order edits cover status and customer notes; publishing a status change can trigger store emails and fulfillment hooks. Payments, refunds, deletes, customer writes and secrets stay outside the bridge.
EL
Elementor
Classic supported · Atomic pilot
Supported
Find and edit supported headings, text, buttons, images and sections in existing classic pages. Reuse the site’s saved sections and review the rendered result before publishing.
Classic layouts
Saved sections
Visual verification
Boundary. Third-party widget controls are generally preserved rather than edited. The Atomic pilot creates new pages on compatible Elementor 4.3 beta and WordPress 6.9+ setups; arbitrary existing Atomic pages are not editable yet.
WB
WPBakery
Structured page editing
Supported
Edit rows, columns and supported content elements as page structure. Update a section or rebuild it while keeping the surrounding layout and unknown theme add-ons intact.
Rows and columns
Content elements
Section rebuilds
Boundary. Unknown shortcodes are preserved. Raw HTML elements can be inspected but are not write targets, and every changed page still needs visual review.
SR
Slider Revolution
Slider Revolution 6.x
Supported
Update slide copy, existing links, images and backgrounds. Show or hide slides, duplicate a slide or change their order, then review the page containing the slider.
Layer content
Images and backgrounds
Duplicate and reorder
Boundary. Layer positions, animations and responsive variants remain in Slider Revolution’s own editor. Premium assets still require the site owner’s license.
FF
Formidable Forms
Form presentation
Supported
Update names, descriptions, field labels and help text in existing forms. Change which fields are required, their defaults and placeholders, or the choices visitors can select.
Labels and help text
Required fields
Choices and placeholders
Boundary. Choices are editable for checkbox, radio and dropdown fields. Entries, notifications, integrations, payments, calculations, conditional logic, field ordering and field creation or deletion stay outside the bridge.
Environment compatibility
The system around the plugins matters too.

WordPress
Single-site installations
Supported
Full local previews require a single-site install. Connector validation can inspect multisite, but cannot create a full local clone.
PHP
7.4 and 8.0–8.5
Supported
Flux preserves the site version in its local preview; it does not silently upgrade PHP.
Local system
Windows or macOS with Docker 28+
Supported
Mac supports Apple silicon and Intel. Docker must be running for local previews. See the download page for current build availability.
SSH/SFTP
Shell access, WP-CLI and database access
Supported
Use a hosting account with usable SSH access; SFTP or FTP alone is insufficient. Flux checks host keys and the permissions required for each operation.
Flux Connector
HTTPS, WordPress 5.6+ and application passwords
Preview
One-time pairing through Tools → Flux Connector. Host, recovery and security validation remain release gates. Capture requires PHP access to the site files and database; file publication is limited to writable active and parent themes.
Other builders
Preview rendering
Limited
The site can run in the preview, but Flux does not claim builder-aware layout editing.
Cloudways
Named accounts, app selection and staging operations
Pilot
Choose an account and app to connect through its hosting access. The token must permit access to that app; backed-up staging syncs need staging permissions and explicit approval.
Other hosts
Capture, local preview and supported publication
Case by case
SSH needs shell access, WP-CLI and database access. Connector preview fit depends on REST, PHP file permissions and request limits. The pilot review checks the transport and operations available on your host.
Site size
SSH capture: up to 100 GB files / 8 GB database
Guardrail
Flux checks capacity before and during capture. Connector capture has additional host memory, request-size and execution-time limits. Transfer time depends on the host and network.
Not sure about your stack?
Include the host, WordPress and PHP versions, builder type and three real tasks in your application. We check fit before asking you to install or connect anything.
A working preview is evidence, not a guarantee. Review the diff, click through critical paths, keep host backups and publish while other editors are not changing the same content.
