Founding agencies

The founding rate is documented for launch, but checkout is closed during the assisted pilot. Applying does not reserve or start a paid plan.

What counts as a site

One WordPress installation is one site, however many previews or conversations you run on it.
Local preview copies don’t count as extra sites. A separately connected staging installation uses its own slot.
Agency members share the workspace’s 40-site allowance; it is not a separate allowance for each seat.
Remove a site you’ve finished with to free its slot straight away.
Swap which sites are connected whenever you like.

Measured on a real client site, not a demo.

We ran five everyday jobs on a copy of IPR Medical’s store and recorded every model call. Most jobs cost cents; building a new page from the catalog is the expensive end.

Billing questions

The fine print, in plain words.

Is the free plan really free, publishing included?

The free plan is the intended self-service entry plan, but public signup is not open during the assisted pilot. Approved pilot agencies receive an onboarding link and do not begin a paid subscription automatically.

What does “bring your own key” mean?

You paste an Anthropic, OpenAI or OpenRouter API key into Flux. The AI provider bills you directly at their prices, and Flux adds nothing on top. Every plan supports it.

How is hosted AI billed?

At the provider’s price plus 30%, which covers card fees, failed runs and support. Balances and usage are shown in dollars. Paid plans include a monthly amount, and you can top up in $5, $25 or $100 amounts.

What happens when hosted AI runs out?

Hosted AI is prepaid. When the balance runs out, Flux pauses hosted requests until you top up or switch to your own key. You’re never billed for AI you didn’t approve in advance.

What if I need more sites than my plan includes?

Move up a plan, or talk to us about Studio if you’re past 40 sites. Removing sites you no longer maintain frees their slots.

Who counts as a seat?

The workspace owner counts as one seat. Agency includes five seats in total: the owner and up to four teammates. An unaccepted, unexpired invitation reserves a seat until it is accepted, revoked or expires after seven days. Clients who do not use Flux do not need a seat.

What do team spend caps cover?

Agency owners can set monthly hosted AI limits per seat. Teammates use the workspace’s shared hosted AI balance, and requests pause when a limit is reached. These limits apply to Flux hosted AI; your own provider bills bring-your-own-key usage separately.
