These terms govern your use of Flux and fluxcli.com, provided by Flux LLC. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. Questions can be sent to support@fluxcli.com.
Assisted pilot
Pilot participation is limited and subject to a technical and operational fit review. An application is not a promise of access, and a pilot invitation does not start a paid subscription. You must have authority to connect the selected site and should not send credentials, private keys, or client secrets through the application form. Any permission to record a session or publish identifiable results must be agreed separately in writing.
Your account and authority
Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials private, and use Flux only on systems and content you are authorized to access. You are responsible for your account’s activity and for the instructions, integrations, and permissions you provide. Each person must use their own account; the Agency plan supports invited teammates under a shared workspace.
Plans and subscriptions
The plan and recurring price are shown before checkout. Paid subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can manage payment methods and cancel future renewals in Dashboard → Plan → Manage billing and cancellation. Any plan change and applicable adjustment are shown in the billing portal before you confirm. Plan limits apply to the workspace, including its owner and members. A downgrade can prevent new connections or use of sites above the new limit.
Hosted AI and your own keys
Paid plans include the hosted AI allowance shown on the pricing page. Hosted AI consumes credits at provider cost plus 30%; charges round up to the next credit, worth $0.001. A request temporarily reserves credits and releases the unused portion when it finishes. Workspace members share the owner’s balance and may have individual spend caps. Additional credits require a separate purchase; Flux does not automatically buy top-ups. With your own key, your AI provider bills you directly under its terms.
Founding agency offer
The first 50 eligible Agency subscriptions receive 50% off the Agency subscription price for as long as that subscription remains active. The discount does not apply to separate AI top-ups. Availability and the exact price are shown before purchase. Cancellation ends the offer for that subscription.
Refunds
The first subscription payment is eligible for a refund requested within 14 days, excluding consumed hosted AI. See the refund and cancellation policy for the calculation and how to request it. Applicable legal rights are preserved.
Review changes and keep backups
AI output can contain mistakes. Review proposed changes, preview them, and keep independent backups before publishing. You decide which changes to authorize. Flux cannot guarantee compatibility with every plugin, theme, hosting setup, or future third-party update. Do not use the service to gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious code, violate others’ rights, or evade service limits.
Your content and service access
You retain your rights in the content you provide. You authorize Flux LLC and the service providers needed for your chosen features to process that content to fulfill your requests. Third-party services, software, model outputs, and open-source components remain subject to their applicable terms and licenses. We may restrict access to address abuse, fraud, security threats, or unpaid charges, and will provide notice when practical.
Support, availability, and changes
Contact support for account, billing, and product issues. Features may depend on your network, hosting environment, Docker, and external AI providers. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We will notify you of material changes to these terms or your subscription price before they take effect, with an opportunity to cancel future renewals. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
